Kia Humphrey

Clinical Nurse

Kia Humphrey is the Clinical Nurse leading the Allurion Program at our Caringbah clinic. As a Sutherland Shire local, Kia has dedicated most of her 18-year career to serving the community through her work at Sutherland Hospital.

Her experience spans surgical, perioperative, day surgery, cardiology, aged care, rehabilitation, general practice, child and family health, and pediatric nursing. She has also worked in Aboriginal health, an area she is deeply passionate about.

Known for her empathetic, nonjudgemental manner and strong clinical skills, Kia understands that every patient’s journey is unique. She is committed to supporting individuals with tailored care, encouragement, and evidence-based guidance throughout their weight loss and wellbeing journey.

Outside of work, Kia enjoys reading, beach walks, swimming, and spending quality time with her partner and children. She is passionate about helping others reach their full potential and finds great fulfillment in seeing people live healthier, happier lives.
